Refund Policy
At Radiantvault Ventures, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience in cryptocurrency trading. However, due to the nature of digital assets and the services provided, our refund policy is as follows:
Once a cryptocurrency transaction has been successfully processed and confirmed, it is irreversible. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for completed transactions. Cryptocurrency transfers are permanent and immutable by design, and Radiantvault Ventures cannot reverse, modify, or cancel these transactions once they have been broadcasted to the network.
All trading fees, withdrawal fees, and service charges collected on our platform are non-refundable. These charges are transparently stated before the transaction is confirmed, and users must review and accept them before proceeding. Fees are applicable for the service provided and are thus non-recoverable after a transaction is completed.
If a user believes a transaction was made in error or encounters an issue with their transaction, they are encouraged to reach out to our Customer Support team at radiantvaultventures@gmail.com. We will review each case individually and assist in resolving any potential issues. However, Radiantvault Ventures does not guarantee refunds under these circumstances unless an error on our part is verified.
It is the responsibility of each user to secure their account and ensure that only authorized transactions occur. Radiantvault Ventures is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence, account sharing, or compromised account security. We recommend enabling all available security features to safeguard your account.
In cases where users have made deposits or payments via third-party providers (such as credit card processors or payment gateways), any request for refunds must be handled directly with the respective provider. Radiantvault Ventures will comply with the policies of these providers as applicable but is not responsible for any policies or restrictions they may impose.
If a user has paid for a service on our platform that was not delivered or fulfilled due to a platform error, they may be eligible for a refund. Users must contact Customer Support within 30 days of the transaction to initiate a refund request, providing all necessary details for verification. Upon review, refunds may be processed back to the original payment method, if applicable.
Our refund policy is designed to comply with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Radiantvault Ventures reserves the right to modify this policy as needed to ensure compliance with changing regulations or to improve user satisfaction.
